Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is between Company and you ("you" or "Customer"). This Section sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to the use by you of the Company Sites (as defined below) and any other product or service offered for sale by Company and/or its affiliates (collectively "Company"). The right to use any product or service offered by Company is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. Company reserves the right to make changes to the Company sites, policies, and these Terms at any time without notice.

  1. All orders for products should be submitted online at NuviaCare.co.uk.
  2. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day throughout the year.
  3. Orders made on weekdays before 2pm are processed the same day. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are processed the next business day.
  4. A prerequisite for the execution of the contract is to provide the correct data in the online shop NuviaCare.co.uk. Providing a phone number and/or e-mail address is necessary to confirm the adoption and implementation of the contract. Orders, which can not be confirmed within 3 working days will not be fulfilled. All orders will be confirmed by phone or email.
  5. Orders for which there is any doubt, will be reviewed by the Company service - the contract may be canceled by Company employees. The customer will be informed of this fact.
  6. Ordered goods will be delivered by post/courier service company - the time to fulfill the contract is approximately 7 working days. In the absence of goods in a warehouse, the customer shall be informed of this fact and the increase in time to fulfill the contract. If the customer does not agree to the extension of time he may cancel the contract entirely.
  7. The tender offer is not commercial, but only an invitation to tender by consumers.
  8. Despite our best efforts we do not guarantee that the published descriptions are devoid of error and therefore may not be the basis for any claims.
  9. The company Natural Labs LLC reserves the right to refuse the execution of the contract without a fixed cause.
  10. In the case of a purchase of goods, where the incorrect price is entered, or there is an error on the website, the buyer is informed of this fact, and the contract will be canceled.
  11. Orders are accepted throughout all countries.
  12. Personal data provided us during the placing of orders are processed by Natural Labs LLC (defined as "Company"), 501 Silverside Road, Suite 105 Wilmington, DE 19809, USA. Personal data are not shared with other entities for marketing purposes.
  13. In the case of prepayment, the goods are dispatched on receipt of cash to a bank account in the Store up to 100% of the value of the contract.
  14. Since the Company only sells mail orders, the customer can always withdraw from the transaction within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase of goods, and the return must be preceded by a written statement. Goods can not bear traces of use and must be in their original packaging.
  15. Guaranteed refund of payments in the absence of customer satisfaction covers only selected products from the offer. Refund is for the first order of any product, only one order per person / house / family will be reimbursed, and the reimbursement does not cover the cost of shipment. The refund is possible only within 90 days of sending the goods to the customer. The entire package (even an empty package) must be returned to the address of the Company. Please note that if you receive a confirmation of the return of goods, the package must be returned within 30 days. Lack of fulfillment of these conditions has the effect of revoking the guarantee and cancellation of the refund.
