J. Joint Pain. Nobody likes achy joints whether they are the result of a medical condition or a hard workout, painful joints are no fun. Cycling for 12 minutes a day can help keep your joints flexible and moving. Cycling is a low-impact activity that can help ease your joint pain without the use of medicine.
K. Kidney Stones. Kidney stones are another pain that nobody wants to have to deal with. Kidney stones are painful to pass and can hinder your ability to perform daily activities as you are waiting for them to pass. Try drinking two glasses of homemade lemonade daily in order to help prevent the occurrence of kidney stones. Lemons are packed with citrate which helps to dissolve calcium. This can help prevent the buildup of kidney stones in your urine.
L. Lactose Intolerance. Not being able to enjoy a cold glass of milk or a nice dairy treat is a reality for many individuals. Try opting for three servings of yogurt or hard cheeses — cheddar or swiss. This is because the symptom triggering lactose is broken down when dairy products are fermented or aged.
M. Mouth Sores. Mouth sores are unsightly and painful. Use a small about of unpasteurized honey four times a day in order to heal mouth sores. The enzymes in raw honey can help to reduce inflammation and speed healing of damaged tissues quicker than prescription medications.
