N. Nosebleeds. Nosebleeds can be annoying, embarrassing and occur out of nowhere. Fortunately, there is a means of preventing nosebleeds. Consume one ounce of a leafy green each day. Try kale or spinach. Leafy greens can help you to eliminate nosebleeds entirely. Large amounts of vitamin K can help nix nosebleeds because they keep the tiny capillaries in your nose strong and healthy. In the event of a nose bleed, vitamin K can help to improve your clotting.

O. Ovulation Problems. If you are looking to become pregnant, meditating may be your answer. Losing your stress can help to increase your fertility.

P. PMS. Multi-vitamins can help relieve the nagging symptoms that occur as the result of PMS. Multi-vitamins help nerves, muscles and glands function properly. This can help with hormone fluctuations.

Q. Queasy. Are you queasy or nauseous from time-to-time? A dose of ginger each day can help with this problem. Gingerols and curcumin — the active ingredient in ginger — can help to improve digestion and prevent sickness in the stomach and small intestines. If nausea strikes you, eat two slices of candied ginger for quick relief.
